Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VIAXE platform, mobile app, and website (the "Service"), provided by VIAXE ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

VIAXE is an online fitness-coaching platform. Coaches use it to create programmes and manage clients; clients use it to follow programmes and track progress. VIAXE provides the software only — it does not provide coaching, medical, or nutritional advice itself.

2. Health disclaimer

VIAXE is not a medical service. Content and coaching provided through the Service are for general fitness purposes and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a health condition. You use the Service and undertake any exercise at your own risk.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use. Client accounts are created by invitation from a coach.

4. Subscriptions & billing (coaches)

• Coaches subscribe to a monthly plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) to access the platform. Prices are shown at sign-up and in the billing settings.
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is captured at checkout and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Manage Billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• Client access to the app is managed by their coach; clients do not pay VIAXE directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; access data you are not authorised to access; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; harass other users; or use the Service to provide medical advice you are not qualified to give.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. logs, photos, messages). You grant VIAXE a licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to share it.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIAXE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from your use of the Service or any exercise or nutrition undertaken. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
